Full disclosure: this marks the first time I write a review. What convinced me to doing it is my satisfaction with the service provided; so, I thought of sharing my experience with potential customers. I used Landstar Realty to rent my two bedroom condo in Lincoln Square, and. Crystal and Karolina were great. From my first contact with her, Crystal was pleasant and came across as knowing her stuff. She showed up on time for our first appointment and took professional pictures of the place. Not only that, she answered my many questions I had. Being a first time owner with no experience or knowledge about real estate business, she almost gave me a crash course and sent me some helpful links that any home owner would need. She was also available whenever I called with questions or had inquires about the process. And what can I say about Karolina who showed the apartment and did the paperwork. She was professional and responsive. She made sure that all my concerns were addressed and all questions were answered before signing the lease. She was great communicator, patience and helpful. I am happy that I used Landstar and very am satisfied with the service provided by Crystal and Karolina. I would recommend them and will use them in the future.

The only realtor I’ve ever ACTUALLY trusted. I moved to Chicago 4 years ago and I will be renting at my 3rd spot starting May of this year. I couldn’t have done any of it with Crystal. As a single mom I have some high expectations, I.e. safe neighborhood, good schools, walkable, cost effective, close to highway transit…no matter my timeline I have never felt like I had to settle on where I was going to live. She really listens to your needs and she freakin executes. I would not recommend any other realtor in such regard in my 10+ years of renting.
