WHERE CAN WE HELP ?

I was anticipating for a really stressful experience because that’s what I’ve heard from other people and their experience. It really wasn’t stressful for us. She hooked us up with several amazing lenders to interview, who really cared about getting us the lowest rate. We went with A and N mortgage and we truly got the lowest possible rate at the time, lower than a lot of people were getting at a time of high interest rates. A and N called me everyday the last couple days before closing with a new lower rate for my husband and I. I wasn’t aware a company could care so much, but those are the connections Crystal has made because she herself is like that. We didn’t know anything about the home buying process, this was our first house! We also didn’t know where we wanted to live. Crystal was so patient, we looked into I think 5 different areas, every weekend we were looking at something. If we didn’t like an area, she suggested a new area for us to explore. There was never any pressure. She was honest about her thoughts on each place. Which was great to have, you want to work with someone who wants the best for you. She also made herself available for us every Saturday. We are grateful, we definitely landed the perfect place. What convinced me to doing it is my satisfaction with the service provided; so, I thought of sharing my experience with potential customers. I used Landstar Realty to rent my two bedroom condo in Lincoln Square, and. Crystal and Karolina were great. From my first contact with her, Crystal was pleasant and came across as knowing her stuff. She showed up on time for our first appointment and took professional pictures of the place. Not only that, she answered my many questions I had. Being a first time owner with no experience or knowledge about real estate business, she almost gave me a crash course and sent me some helpful links that any home owner would need. She was also available whenever I called with questions or had inquires about the process. And what can I say about Karolina who showed the apartment and did the paperwork. She was professional and responsive. She made sure that all my concerns were addressed and all questions were answered before signing the lease. She was great communicator, patience and helpful. I moved to Chicago 4 years ago and I will be renting at my 3rd spot starting May of this year. I couldn’t have done any of it with Crystal. As a single mom I have some high expectations, I.e. safe neighborhood, good schools, walkable, cost effective, close to highway transit…no matter my timeline I have never felt like I had to settle on where I was going to live. My only regret is I did not find her sooner to use for buying my current home.
